This is a place to celebrate the lives of people who have made advances in literature, the arts, science, mathematics, public service, humanitarian work, etc and who are/were neuro-atypical in some way (i.e. autistic or otherwise mentally or neurologically different from the majority of the population).
People honored here can be living today or from history - whoever you know of who inspires or fascinates you.
This community is intended to be positive and affirming of the dignity of all living beings - as well as informative and educational. Please post info about each person you suggest - when/where they lived, what accomplishments they are most known for, what was unique or special about them, etc.
